A few days ago, I received an email from a reader, Linda, who told me that she has decided to be happy, because it is good for your health . I loved ! Very inspiring, and true! Emotional and psychological health, happiness, positive thoughts, all of that … it’s just as important for our well-being as physical health
I think we all tend towards this state of absolute well-being, right ?! But the problem, and many of you have told me about it, is that we don’t really know how to do it, or where to start. How to be happy and healthy? Vast subject, we get lost a bit. That’s why I told myself that I was going to share my list with you. My list of the 7 little things that have improved my well-being and my life in recent years, well, especially in recent months. Sprinkle it into your daily life and it will transform as if by magic
1. Raise your vibration …
What raises your vibration : contact with nature and animals, breathe deeply, the sun, walk, dance, sing, smile, laugh, walk barefoot, walk on sand or earth, get fresh air, swim, green vegetables, green leaves, organic food, raw, alive, lavender essential oil, soft music, meditation, yoga, baths, acceptance, tolerance, forgiveness, kindness, gratitude, joy, love
2. run away from what lowers your vibration
What Lowers Your Vibration : Medication, aggressive music, news, media, talk, alcohol, drugs, tobacco, fluoride, chemical cleaning and beauty products, stores, cars , public transport, refined sugar, gluten, animal dairy products, red meat, sweets, junk food, screens, advertising, justify oneself, negotiate, shout, resentment, resentment, anger, jealousy, guilt, shame, judgment, backbiting, revenge, lies, hatred
3. Refuse the toxic
On your plate, in your house, in your clothes, in your relationships, in your beauty products, on your body, in your body, in your thoughts etc …
4. Focus on experiences
What you need now, and will always need, are moments of life. Experiences, activities, sharing, trips, long conversations… There, you touch happiness. Ask yourself the question: at 90 years old, when you look back, do you think that the richness of your life will lie in all the material goods and money that you have accumulated, or in the authentic moments and experiences that you have accumulated? you will have lived?
5. Get back to basics
Declutter your space and your mind. Do you really need all of these accessories? What about these toxic relationships with certain people? Also chase away black thoughts, they do not belong to you. Tell them bye bye, with a light heart
6. Change your point of view
A situation can either be a failure or an experience / life lesson, it all depends on the point of view! Train your mind to see the positive everywhere. Open your mind, be curious, unlearn, relearn, discover and most importantly, take a step back. Believe me, it changes your life!
7. Review your priorities
Make a list of the things you love to do, the things that make you happy.
Make a list of the things you do.
